2.鲈鱼处理干净改刀,用姜片、盐、料酒擦鱼身,腌15分钟备用

3.净锅加油,入姜、蒜、指天椒炒香

4.加入切好的酸菜炒香,加水,入鱼,以没过大半鱼身为准,加入糖提鲜,加入少量黑胡椒粉

5.大火煮开转中火十分钟,开盖调入盐、鸡粉,关火出锅
